Eduardo holds a BSc degree in Economics and Business Administration, and a Master's degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He joined the company in 1990 and, since 2003, he has been CEO of Empresas Copec. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abastible and a member of the board of the main companies of the group: ARAUCO, Copec, Golden Omega, Nutrisco, Minera Alxar and Cumbres Andinas, among others.
In addition, he is a member of the board of the Copec-UC Foundation, UC Anacleto Angelini Innovation Center, Enseña Chile and ICARE, and has been a counselor at SOFOFA. He has been recognized as a Young Global Leader 2007 by the World Economic Forum; he was named Executive of the Year 2016 by EY and El Mercurio; he received the UC 2021 Business Administration Lifetime Achievement Award and was recently recognized as one of the 100 outstanding leaders by the UC School of Economics and Administration in the celebration of its centenary.

Carlos Altimiras holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He joined the company in 2002, and has since held positions in several areas, including pulp logistics, sales for the Asian and Middle Eastern markets, and global procurement.
Currently, he serves as President Director of Arauco Brazil.

Pablo Franzini holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina and an MBA from Erasmus University in the Netherlands. He joined the Company in 2005 and has since served as CFO of ARAUCO Argentina, CEO of ARAUCO Brazil, Senior Vice President of International Businesses (based in Chile), and President of ARAUCO North America, where he oversaw operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Currently, he serves as Vice President of ARAUCO’s Wood Business.

Juan Pablo Doñas holds a Bachelor of Science’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Business Administration’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He began his career and joined the Company in 2006 as Product Manager in the lubricants business. He later led several sales areas: service stations, car dealers, and distributors, within the lubricants business, and industrial sales within the fuels business.
Currently, he serves as Lubricants Regional Manager and Corporate Affairs Manager of Copec S.A.
Olivier Paccot

Blue Express
Olivier Paccot is the CEO of Blue Express and holds master’s degrees in Management and Engineering from MIT.
His international career includes Amazon’s post-MBA program as a Pathways Operations Manager, as well as serving as CEO of Airlife and co-founding Woodtech. During his tenure at Blue Express, he has led the company’s growth and modernization, with a strong focus on expanding Out-of-Home Delivery solutions across Chile.
